It's fantastic in minimizing barriers to entry. It gives a small market player a chance to compete with bigger businesses. So simple to utilize. It's very affordable.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It has its limitations. There could be a chance that I'd end up outgrowing it. Thing is, without it, it'd be difficult for me to get started on things.

I wanted to offer customer support for a team dispersed all over the globe. Thanks to this software, it can finally go as planned. It helped me scale to that level that I'd never expect from a certain price point. So kudos to Zoho Desk!
