What are the best aspects of this product?

As recruiter I appreciate sourcing integrations with Linkedln and Indeed via 3rd party apps and I can parse and pull data into Zoho Recruit. Everything is done quickly. You can customize every field, dropdowns and forms. I can even start creating my own interface. It has great potential to grow along with my business.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Whenever I have troubles I always search for answers on forums because sometimes the standard help module doesn’t always produce effective solutions.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The benefits that we have experienced with Zoho Recruit are: fast sourcing and data entry, improved candidate engagement protocol.
