Great option for small size companies

What are the best aspects of this product?

I’m recruiter for a long time and I started my own firm with a partner. We used Mictrosoft Dynamic CRM but we’ve decided to give Zoho Recruit chance. This tool is easy to set up and it offers simplicity which is important when operating in an ATS. The customer support team is responsive and friendly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is one account rep assigned to Arizona and I think they could include few more.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We can easily enter information into ATS and keep track of everything about candidates, clients, contacts to jobs so we can make smooth process.
