What are the best aspects of this product?

I’m using Zoho Recruit for more than a year and I can say that this tool is easy to use. It is simple and intuitive solution and you can learn it by yourself without watching its webinars and training programs. The customer support team is great and whenever I have some issue they are always willing to help. This product offers everything you need to start your own agency. The reporting elements are great and it allows us to track the productivity. The price is affordable and extremely flexible one.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I would change the search function, I’d add an ability to search by first letter instead of typing whole name.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It saves us lot of time when searching for the right candidate.
