What are the best aspects of this product?

First of all, Zoho is simple solution and I really like its simplicity. It can be used by everyone. We managed to improve lot of things and to keep track of new candidates and their statuses. It automated lot of things starting from interview management and finding right resource or even tracking the right candidate.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sometimes there are some issues with the integrations but their customer support team is always willing to help.

It helps us to manage the information about all our candidates and to figure out their current status.
