What are the best aspects of this product?

The best feature of Zoho Sites for me is that it offers me full control as to which information I wish to manage. This is great because, for me, the highest standard of software is something that allows me to decide how I want to simplify our operations from the get-go. And this is something that Zoho Sites exhibits.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are so many information fields and sections that I find it hard to find the right data that I require. Also, it has a moderately steep learning curve. However, once you get to familiarize yourself with it, it becomes a powerful ally in managing certain aspects of your business.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Zoho CRM, another product by Zoho, lets us exploit the access permission feature. Because of it, we can monitor users and the actions they take in the platform. Zoho Sites has also helped us host plenty of useful information and engaging videos on our site.
