I can see myself using Zoho for a long time.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Whether you’re building your website yourself or are hiring someone else to do it for you, I think Zoho is a great choice. It has affordable packages that have all that you need for putting up a website.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be great if I’m given more freedom in the look of my site’s mobile-view. The thing about Zoho is that it automatically makes your website responsive, giving you little to zero say in how it will look on mobile.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We’re using the free version for Zoho and, to be honest, it offers practically all the same features that our old web host offered. We’re going to keep on using Zoho for sure.
