This is wonderful solution for Zoho CRM users

What are the best aspects of this product?

It is more easy than Wordpress, and I like that it supports e-commerce, photo galleries and Zoho CRM forms. Also, there is no need for plugins and it doesn’t require HTML or CSS experience and this means that it can be used even by non tech users. The other good thing is that you can update content, share it with your audience and engage them in professional manner.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

You have to use CSS in order to be more creative. In addition, I’d like to see more templates within Zoho Sites.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps me to share contents with my audience, to engage them, to get total control over all action within my site. It allows me to create professional-looking pages and to attract more audience. I can send personalized thank-you message tpo every visitor thanks to Zoho CRM and Zoho Sites.
