Zoho Sites is a great place to begin when you are an amateur

What are the best aspects of this product?

Zoho Sites has an exceptional site builder because there is no need to do any coding--we simply need to drag-and-drop the elements we want across the screen. It takes only a few minutes to produce a basic layout using the point-and-click function. It also does not require technical knowledge in making your website optimized for mobile viewing because Zoho Sites does that automatically for you.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Zoho Sites is really only for beginners and for those who do not understand nor have the time to deal with HTML and CSS. Apart from that, I have noted that their customer support is sketchy.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Zoho Sites addressed my needs for creating a simple and clean website for a small-sized enterprise.
