Zoho Sites makes it easy for our business to distribute information from our website and blog to different social media platforms. It also does not require a lot of manual input because the sharing can be set to autopilot. Because of this, I can increase my audience and expand my reach with little effort. More than that, Zoho Sites has a plethora of tools that helps me interact with our audience so that we are always in their minds.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is nothing negative that I can write about Zoho Sites so far. Because it is my opinion that it is best to focus on developing better tactics to increase sales and conversions. Additionally, despite Zoho Sites carrying a lot of features and information, it works seamlessly and does not lag.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With Zoho Sites, my team has full control over the development of our website mainly due to the software's drag-and-drop functionality. It is also advantageous to us that it does not require comprehensive website building knowledge to use. Apart from that, Zoho Sites has assisted us in connecting better with our customers because we can create galleries, upload slideshows, and engaging videos without a sweat.
