What are the best aspects of this product?
I haven't been using this software for long but I can really say that it's been a great tool, with a lot of features that are really useful considering it's a web-based tool. I can embed different types of media, I'm able to implement formatting that makes my documents easy on the eyes, and I've also been able to place images in my work. Its features for collaboration are also great and have really helped me and my team come up with things like press releases and blog posts. Those collaboration features have also made it easy for us to find solutions and resolve any issues we might be facing.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Since it's part of a suite of products, the only way to really use it at its full power is to also get the other products in the suite. Of course, if you're a small company with a limited budget, I can understand why this isn't possible. But I think this is only a negative if you really need to use those other features. As a word processor, it is already good and serviceable on its own, so if you're only looking for a word processor, this is already enough.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This software has really made collaboration with my team a lot easier. I can easily add notes and corrections, and my team can very quickly see what those notes and corrections are and adjust accordingly. It is where I and my team go when we need to work collaboratively on a document.
