What are the best aspects of this product?
I like that I can convert my frequently used documents into templates and create a workflow for each template. The software acts like a wizard; asks me a couple questions and sends out a customized document for signatures.
I also like that it has built-in Document Management System so I don't have to maintain a separate folder of my documents outside of ZorroSign.
We use 4n6 Token feature with every document. Its free. Knock on wood, we have not had any disputes on our contracts but I have a peace of mind that should that happen we are protected against fraud and tamper.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Its not a huge deal and it happens with every new software - it took us a couple days to get used to the new user interface. But once you learn their unique way of doing things, we were off to the races.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Its little things but we would like to see broadcasting feature and KYC. During the latest customer briefing, it looks like these features are already being tested and ready to be shipped soon.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We were spending a lot of time chasing after signed contracts that we were sending via email attachments. It was also taking us 2-4 days to get contracts signed. We were also processing invoices and timesheet manually. Now everything is a template in ZorroSign and we execute all these documents with a couple clicks.
