PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Once I convert my documents into templates and workflows, it takes me 5 minutes to send out a customized contract. Its solid.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I could use some training videos. But I see that they are working on them. When I needed help they jumped on a call right away even though I have not purchased premium service.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Reminders and Archiving of my old documents. They showed me those features working in their test environment. I guess they are going to release them soon.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I sent out a lot of NDA's and sales contracts to my clients and partners. I need to move fast and get those signed fast. With ZorroSign, I close 2-3 deals a day. Before it would take me days to close one deal. I guess people just don't know how to sign when you send them documents as email attachments.
