What are the best aspects of this product?
The test of a good provider isn't when things are going well. It's when something goes wrong, and the Dailyrazor team absolutely excels in that regard. On a couple of occasions I’ve run into problems (self-created in one case, a really obscure WordPress problem on another), the tech support folks have been great: courteous, bulldog-persistent, and thoroughly in communication with me until the problem was resolved.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
