Domain.com is a horrible, unethical company. DO NOT USE THEM!

What are the best aspects of this product?

Seemed well priced, but that was a lie. They said you only had to pay the domain fee until you spent hours working on it and then they added hidden fees.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They are corrupt and unethical. They have you sign up for website builder when it is free and then you pay domain fees, then they change that without telling you, causing your website to go offline, then the only way to get it back and working is by paying fees that go up constantly. There is no way to know what they will do next and then once you have built your website with them, you can't move it to another company so your options are to start over from the beginnning or to continue to let them extort you! DO NOT WORK WITH THEM!
