What are the best aspects of this product?

Had a client who needed to change hosting and glowhost.com did the migration painlessly and quickly. The customer support has been fantastic when I had a few issues with another site. I've been so impressed with the products and service and will now be moving all my hosting to Glowhost :-)

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have never seen such user support. Only positive points.
