What are the best aspects of this product?

I'm a writer who is very new to the technical side of website maintenance, and I had no idea what to do when my entire site seemed to vanish into thin air. I wrote a note to Glowhost hosting provider tech support describing what had happened, and they got back to me right away with detailed, foolproof instructions on how to fix it. This might be the best customer-service experience I've ever had.
