What are the best aspects of this product?

I've been with glowhost for just over a year now. If you've been with other hosts, you'll probably agree that support can make or break a host. It has the best support i've known outside of previous host, and thats a great deal more expensive!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing to dislike about the service.
