What are the best aspects of this product?

I'm here to thank you my current web hosting provider and domain name registrar which is Glowhost. About billing: I put everything on auto renewal aslast time I forgotten to renew domain name in time and web site was not working properly due to that. It was my fault and Glowhost suggested me auto renewal and now everything is okay. I do not care if they are not the cheapest.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Think that I found my provider and I hope that will be same good for the next year as well.
