What are the best aspects of this product?

I have been with Glowhost for a little over a year now, and the service is as excellent today as it was the day I signed up. If you ever have a problem then you can be assured that their team support will have it fixed in the quickest possible time and they even go out of their way to help with problems that technically are not theirs and there are not many hosts that will go to those lengths for there customers.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nice web host, no trouble.
