What are the best aspects of this product?

Our site is up and running, and I’ve gotten used to the new control panel. I have to highly recommend Glowhost for their excellent customer service and the technical expertise. So far, I haven’t noticed any down time at all, which was the main reason I left my last host.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?
