What are the best aspects of this product?

I am impressed with Glowhost feature-packed hosting service. This is a straight-forward, easy to use web hosting provider. It's almost like walking right up to the owner and asking them for help. As for their network and server uptime they are really great cos my sites experience no downtime. Easy to understand website. Great prices. This is a great website.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?
