Glowhost web host has just got everything right

What are the best aspects of this product?

So far, I've never encountered any problems with this except for that one single time where there was a downtime which was immediately resolved in a matter of 20 minutes. Glowhost is awesome with their response time and quality or service continually surprises me!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?
