Good service, good support

What are the best aspects of this product?

This is the only host I have ever been 100% satisfied with.I've been with Glowhost hosting for 8 months now. I'm on my computer at least 70 hours a week and their support is always logged in for chat support. I have only had one instance of downtime and it was for about minutes.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Speed is great - I like everything about this host.
