What are the best aspects of this product?

I never fail to be amazed by the excellence of glowhost hosting service. Speedy, friendly and 100% effective support - every time. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending glowhost solutions.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

My only concern is that I can't select more than '10 out of 10' for the rating :-)
