What are the best aspects of this product?

Literally signed up in the morning and by the afternoon I have full business emails, a website, and hosting, and I didn't pay anyone to design it. Happy days! If you're ever in town drinks on me! No downtime. I think that is great. But I assume most of nowadays hosts can offer the same. Support works really 24/7 - I have checked that several times while traveling.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?
