What are the best aspects of this product?

I first signed up with them because the price was extremely reasonable, and i had heard good things about their support. Since I am fairly new to internet programming and that sort of thing I have used it several times. GlowHost service is much appreciated. They've provided more than what I need.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?
