What are the best aspects of this product?

I've been with Glowhost for a few months now - I will never go to any other hosting provider moving forward. My experience with them has been excellent, they are reliable, friendly, professional and the fastest turn around time on solving technical issues compared to anywhere I've seen on the web, to date + their client service portal is excellent in design, clear, simple to use and gives me full control of my VPS.
