What are the best aspects of this product?

As soon as I had a question I went on and had an answer in under 15-30 seconds. These guys are willing to walk not just an extra mile but five more miles with you. Recommend Glowhost hosting to others.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We had problems with domain transfer, but their support has been very patient with us.
