What are the best aspects of this product?

The service is excellent, they are very professional and quick! Support is excellent, live help and I have always been happy at the end. I am really glad that my site is hosted by Glowhost because they conquered this good rating when they have helped and solved some problems which occurred during the purchase and payment.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?
