What are the best aspects of this product?

I've been using Glowhost provider for more than a year and it is the best-web-host for the money. Almost all the time the answers come fast and on target and in a friendly manner. Their tech support has always been a wonderful mix of professionalism and approachability. I am happy with server and network uptime and speed connectivity are really fast.
