What are the best aspects of this product?

Excellent support. I have been with Glowhost for several years now with no problems. They have not let me down yet - i never have spam problems and I strongly doubt that another provider could offer better service for less money. They continue to impress me with their high quality included web applications, powerful control panel, great reliability and excellent pricing.
