What are the best aspects of this product?

I am here just to say that I am happy running my phpBB forum at Glowhost Elastic site hosting account. Their network uptime is very good. They have adjusted their pricing plans over time to keep them competitive and currently are extremely competitive in their pricing.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Their goal seems to be to satisfy customers, not to make it difficult to switch hosting. I am on the Elastic sites hosting plan.
