What are the best aspects of this product?
I've been with GlowHost hosting for 7 months and have been very happy. I host phpBB site with them. They are already set up and ready for Joomla and similar applications, and the customer support has always been prompt and helpful.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Nothing to complain.
