What are the best aspects of this product?

I have always been frustrated by hosting in the past. Not with Glowhost hosting provider. The hosting is affordable, the customer service is top-notch, and they genuinely care about my little blog out there on the web. They have even given me PHP support MySQL support.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Can't quibble about the price either.
