What are the best aspects of this product?

Great service at a great price - what else can you ask for. I haven't had to use technical service but everything else has worked as advertised. Luckily I've haven't had to use the support a lot, but when I have had to use it, responses have been very fast, and they will work with you to get things fixed. I've recommended GlowHost hosting to several clients with no problems.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

All in all, my experience has been good.
