Recommended host for wordpress blogs

What are the best aspects of this product?

I have open a few ticket and all of them as been solve the same day. Very reliable seriously very reliable. I've used Glowhost shared hosting for a long time and very happy. I have no complaints. Their configuration has changed quite a bit in the time I've been with them, but they've been nothing but helpful in sorting out any issues that've arisen with migration.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is no comparison to my other providers. Recommended!
