What are the best aspects of this product?

I am glad to deal with Glowhost team. Got various levels of support personnel, so no issues gets unresolved. I have rented a shared hosting account from these guys for almost four months, and whenever I need help due to my inexperience! Instead of just giving me directions, their support actually did it all for me. I am now 100% set up for success! I give them a gold star is - they deserve it!
