What are the best aspects of this product?

Tech support helped me a lot and was very patient. It is always fast and helpful. Also quite reliable. Never had any major problems with the service and very little downtime that I am aware of. I hope they keep like that and professionals. 99.9% network & server uptime.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?
