What are the best aspects of this product?

Ive been with many shared webhosts which made me a bit skeptical to try another but nothing else was in the budget. Glowhost has restored my faith in inexpensive hosting solutions. They have so many extras and are definitely the most user-friendly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
