What are the best aspects of this product?

I can't believe how prompt Glowhost was in responding to me when I signed-on the live chat. I am so used to waiting HOURS when I call somewhere for support. Again thank you, thank you, thank you, Alex for your help. You sure were an Angel to me last night.
