What are the best aspects of this product?

I have been a customer of Glowhost Hosting for 6 months, for many reasons. One of the biggest reason is the awesome, friendly service help I have received from each and every support person. During my latest call to Keith, he helped me through my situation and also made very helpful suggestions to help me maintain and make my site even more efficient.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?
