The best host I have ever experienced!

What are the best aspects of this product?

With Glowhost I have always had customer service that is above and beyond what I had previously had with several other hosts. I love their service, they are always prompt with any issues I have and I can actually speak to someone on the phone.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The uptime is excellent. They rock.
