What are the best aspects of this product?

Unlike other host's support I used, GlowHost support is not only knowledgeable about their servers, but they know how to communicate that information to me. I love being able to chat with them 24/7 with almost immediate response. They responded very quickly to some issues I had and resolved them right away. Actually, this is THE best hosting out there.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?
