What are the best aspects of this product?

When I took over the responsibility for finding a new host company and uploading the sites myself, I needed help and the Glowhost guys were very patient. Their rates for a managed business hosting are great, and their service is outstanding. They respond quickly and regularly go above and beyond. My business depends on them, and they always come through.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?
