What are the best aspects of this product?

Glowhost provides an excellent service. Good Points:
1) Plenty of bandwidth & disk space. Far more than I've used.
2) Support respond quite quickly - usually within 3 hours (daytime).
Every time I compared the speed of loading the pages this web host was much faster than the others.
Very helpful and flexible when setting up and managing websites.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Couldn't be happier!
