What are the best aspects of this product?

I've been through a handful of hosts before landing on this one called Glowhost hosting provider. They are top notch. This decent hosting provider does seem to have some issues with customer service and tech support, however I would expect that this is mainly due to the lack of customer calls that are taken as the service is intuitive and quite easy to use. The support team is always there and drops a message from time to time to see how you are making out. It's fast and the pricing is solid.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Solid web host, nothing to complain.
