What are the best aspects of this product?

They've treated me as if I'm the only client sometimes to make sure I'm happy. No problems with Glowhost so far. It is the second hosting provider that I've used. I'll be completely honest. They give you more space and bandwidth then you'll probably ever need, and tons of extra features as well.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Every conversation was pleasant and helpful. No compalints!
