What are the best aspects of this product?

Never had to wait more than 15 minutes for help. Not many features or add-ons for web site (no SQL, at least on my plan, for example). GlowHost mail system is superb, with spam controls, webmail and mailing list management about as good as one could want.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The service reliability and value for money is top-notch.
