Uptime is good, my site is always up

What are the best aspects of this product?

With Glowhost I always get a quick response! I've never had to wait to speak to someone, or to have them return an email. Best of all Alex and his crew really really know their stuff. When I don't understand something, they're happy to explain and help in every way they can. They seem able to fix anything.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I've never been disappointed.
